08 m8 died when I use controls on bar

So out for ride pulled over for a break. Hit high beam and died right there. No spark no nothing. Pulled controls harness fired up. Reconnect to shut it off with kill switch. Won’t spark again. Unplug and starts up. Now any controls it dies. Then have to unplug harness again. Anyone experience this before?

You got a wire going to ground. Cats are open to run ànd ignition to ground to shut off.
