HELP?? 02 cat 800 efi apv how to test or adjust?

Just put two new pistons rings gasket set cylinder and a crank case the works a good way to start the year but first ride out sled sounds great and idles fine but when I was riding when I open it up real boggy like not getting enough air or power low rpms could it be my apv not opening replaced one cable when I replaced the cylinders and everything I cleaned the power valves and everything any ideas???? HELP

How do you know if the cables are adjusted right.. How do you tell..
