Mines undergone a complete transformation but comfort wise it has to be the 09 seat and telescoping steering post.

Here's the short list...

1. BDX oil delete - runs more crisp, failure free, cheap as can be and saves 8lbs in the nose
2. Skinz Super Q can - saves 16lbs, a lot of bang for the buck
3. Throttle up running boards - enough said.
4. BDX intake - saves 7 lbs, again a lot of bang for your buck

...So I cheated a little and gave 4 things, but they are in order of importance for me. Have the 2.6" PC, BDX DD lite & trackshaft and BDX lightweight rotor pending install this summer - I think those all might be gamechangers too.

And I'm planning to 'kill' the stock adjustable post on my '11 LTD and replacing it with Wild Child's fixed post ...
I just don't care for the excessive slop or inherent weakness of the stock adjustable ..

Revalving both shocks in the skid, hands down. Toms re-valved mine and it completely changed the way my sled handled and transferred weight - makes riding a whooped out trail tolerable.

Snobunje to pull out your buddies! :D

All years: Re-valve suspension

05-08: Update rear tunnel to 09+ style

09-11: Something to shed snow from the running boards, wether it be inserts or complete new boards.

I'd have to agree on the slop part of the steering. I did pit wildchilds bulkhead brace and the BDX antislop helped some.

Because it's friggin free and makes a very noticeable difference in deep snow.

I've got a wildchild post on mine, completely revalved shocks but of everything I've already done.......drilling the holes for for the geo mod relocation would be first and foremost.
