As long as the cylinder is stock, no porting, Millineum Tech. has an exchange program that I used. Seemed to work fairly fast, you contact them and they will help you out with the exchange. On mine they were going to send out the replacement prior to even getting my core. I had them wait unitl they atleast received mine and examined it to make sure it was rebuildable.
