ok i have the boondocker kit and i have the manual from alpine kit too...
the timing on the cams with the alpine kit makes you grind alittle bit off the gear... boondocker dont say jack about anything with the cam just throw them back in and line up the dots to the lines...? am i missing something?
i only wanna run 12-14 psi nuthing to crazy until i put rods and pistons

i just installed the head gaskets used the torque that alpine gave on there video and sprayed the tack on both sides of the head gasket and head shim.

i hope im not doing anything wrong

If you just throw them back in they won't quite line up. Its a pretty easy procedure to grind the gear, I just did my apex. Just get a good chainsaw file and takes about 15min to grind it out a bit.

If you don't do it from what the instructions said was that it will still run fine but will run even better especially for the mountain guys if you set the exhaust cam back to stock.
