You should be set at 5 lbs at idle. You could also raise the needles and see what happens. The needle will affect the fuel up to about 3/4 throttle so you may have issues with both needle and main jets. The pilots honestly don't really do a whole lot in the big scheme of things. I wouldn't bother running it with no airbox as that won't point you in the right direction.

if i go heavy on the mains and clip the needles up that could help as im definately fat down low right now, so that should really clean things up.... hopefully it helps, and headgasket may be an issue.
