Took my primary clutch off and cleaned it. Well went for a ride and RPMs were hitting 8200-8300 so I turned my clickers down to 1. But it didn't change. Can someone tell me what it could be?

You could have something slippery left on your clutches. Clean your clutch faces again.
Just Spray some brake cleaner on a rag and wipe them off.

Or it just needs more pin weight. What sled, clutching and elevation?
I had no problems before I cleaned it. I cleaned the outside with brake cleaner after I put it back on. So that's why I'm asking what happened.

I prefer not to use and kind of cleaner on clutches.. soak in hot water sos pads and soap, I use scotch brite pads on sheaves while running warm water over them.. helps keep the scratches down.. Been doing this for years with no issues, I clean clutches every 200 miles
Scotchbrite the sheaves and try a different belt, especially if any cleaner got on the belt.
