eed help! I went riding yesterday and we had 2.5ft fresh pow. My sled was running great then all of a sudin I had no top end power. At wot it sounds weird and real doggy. My clutches seen to be fine. So I am not sure what to check no codes or anything came up. Any help would be great.

Also my sled has a black Dimond air box its geared down and a can. and I got 3 rides on the new power claw it is amazing.

Black diamond air box

Get rid of your black diamond air box, it doesn't like the pow. Put one on my 07 1000 and did the same, even after the bd pressure gauge. Went back with factory and no problems

Ya but I have rode it like this for two years and not had any problems. I have noticed that I have an exhausts leak under my y pipe where it bolts to the motor would that cause this?

Check your plugs, caps and coils and do a compression test. Also check for water or ice in map hose from ECU.

I would start with the exhaust leak. Even a small leak will impact performance.

Check your power valve cables for fraying at the servo end, and proper length 35mm

Ya check and see if your cables are even in tacked. the 1000 is notorious for snapping thos cables off, that would be my first thought. typical symptom is rpms maxing out around 6800, and the clutching all looks fine
