Thats for sure.. You also need to start posting your build.. Yours will be a significant change from when you got it!! Might even be more drastic than mine..

Here are a few pictures after todays tear down.. I believe the tear down is complete and going forward, everything is starting to go back in. Had to pull the motor to pull the front coolers. Also changed the head over to the 07+ style to help with running the water lines. Looks like a said mess at this point..:face-icon-small-sad

how you gonna turbo that beast??? theres no motor in it!!!!

keep up the good work and try keeping everything super organized when putting it back together, you will love your life with all the extra turbo stuff nicely tucked away instead of a giant mountain of garbage like mine is.

Haha.. Yea, the turbo wouldnt do much good in its current condition.. I pulled the motor out so I could change the head, remove my front cooler for better snow evac and also remove my tunnel coolers so I can make a custom cooler for better cooling since the front cooler is gone.. I am really hoping for a clean install.. We will see how it turns out..:becky:

Great build. Can't wait to see it finished .

Thanks.. I cant wait to see it finished either.. This is getting expensive..:face-icon-small-ton

I few new parts have rolled in so far this week.. Got the pipe I bought from Cedars.Sleds here on the forum so I can start mocking the exhaust up. He hooked me up for sure! I also got a set of Power Addiction carb boots from Brad. Carb boots dont get nicer or more bad *** than these.. Just hoping these are the key to my airbox clearing my jackshaft.. I have my fingers crossed these are the answer.. I will know when I get a chance to get back to my sled..:becky:

those things are SEXY and now you dont have to worry about junk delaminating.. also, if you have fit issues, you could find some silicone 45*s and cut em down super short and angle your carbs.... just thinking. getting ready to really kick some arse on it!

Alright, here is a little update on my build.. Pulled out the motor and removed my front cooler to make room for the 155 track to clear and have plenty of room to evacuate the snow better. Got the 155 track installed with the modded IQ RMK drivers. I also installed the newer head on the motor to make running water lines easier. Got my fuel pump mounted up and the pipe installed so I can see where to place the turbo. I think from here forward, getting the rest mounted up shouldnt be too hard.

Now working on making my double pass cooler to keep everything plenty cool after removing the front cooler and should have my meathooker tunnel extension to put on this very shortly. Depends on the funds, but might get the EZRyde PC'd black to match the front arms, but only if the time and $$ allows.. I would really like to though.. Anyway, more pics to come as things progress..

Did some more work to this today which shows a little progress.. Seems to be coming together nicely at this point.. Next will be trying to figure out how to mount this damn EZryde in there.. Its a little different mounting this than any other skid..:face-icon-small-sad

I mounted the fuel regulator in the chassis, mocked up the new tunnel extension, and got some of the turbo exhaust mock up done..
