Phatty and Rick Barker made it out to Tahoe to ride with the Team Summit boys last weekend. They also managed to catch waist deep powder in the Ruby Mountains on the way...

No, Nevada had powder. The Ruby Mountains outside of Elko are famous for late spring powder. We seem to catch epic powder in mid April almost every year in the Rubys.

That was Billygoat in the first picture. I can't believe that guy's luck! I would never imagine my sled making it down that chute with no damage...

The Rubys are definitely one of my favorite spots. Too bad they're not a little closer, but 3 1/2 hours isn't bad. The rest of the story is up...
