thats what the dealer said , will sell it to me for 175$ , the belt it came with is a 3211167 for 75$ , whats up with that ?

That first number is a belt kit with new bolts and I'm sure it's only available that way.

Thats the correct belt. Where can you buy it for 75.00?

175.00 for the belt and bolts is a very fair price from a dealer. There is also an updated version of that part and its number is 2206328 and retail is 229.00

6328 =215 retail but said he would sell it to me for 175 1167 = 75$ said Polaris is closing that belt out , witch belt do I get or is this really the same belt

I would just buy the belt for 75.00, and get your own ARP bolts. There was nothing wrong with that belt, its not like its the first gen belt from 2013 that had failures. Eric

If you get the old belt make sure you break it in properly going through the heat cycles recommended.
