WOW:jaw::jaw: Best iv seen is 700 out of the 377. I have yet to actually blow one but, they start throwing threads.

I would like too see if their is a cheaper belt that last's...i would be happy with 300mi if the belt was cheap!

Pauly you are getting 900 freaking miles out of a belt and complain about it costing too much? Really? The guys with new Cats are all losing it right now. You are going to put a hex on yourself. Lol.

this is the best tip yet, after looking into this its tested on turbo sleds, There are some Videos on their website which look pretty convincing, Will give this a try

i had over 1000 miles on a ultimax 803 belt on the 880. ran perfect, still have the belt somewhere

i would not have no issues on running one of them again

I will sell 4 brand new XS 803,s still in the box for$ 60 bucks each

If running our clutching I would recommend only the 377 doo belt, or the 391 on the 2012 setup. The aftermerket belts just dont last or deliver the performance with our clutch setup.
If a guy regularly cleans his clutches and there is no snow or water getting into the clutch area, a belt should last until it wears out. Most guys ride multiple seasons on the same belt..... Of course riding style and track size are a factor.

Correct me if I am wrong here.

It seems to me that the belt length is more consistent with the BRP belt vs Dayco?

I run Dayco & seem to spend more time adjusting ride height than my buddies do.

Come to think of it, I might be running carlisle...heck I dunno, the belts are black if that helps.

well if i needed a belt, the 803 would be my first choice, even over the doo belt, still have a few warrenty doo belts to use up first

since adding shims to both sleds, i have never went threw a belt again, gotta like it
