It isn't a REV, but maybe it will give you some ideas. It's a XR stretched from a 120" to a 146". My logo illuminates at night using a Organic LED Panel under the heat exchanger cap. It's wired in series with the running light of the taillight.
Looking to do the same. I bought an 04 with a 159" and it still has the 144" tunnel. Should i get the tunnel that fits all the way to the 162"? or does that stick out too far and look goofy? Or is there not much difference if i just use the 151" to the 159"?

Here is the one I just finished building, turned out super rigid. I think it turned out well, everything from the cooler back had to be hand fabed, along with the sides and bumper.

you can install the correct cooler and then just buy an OEM extension from Doo for $50.
And for your convenience I have the cooler you need thats in great shape for $120 plus shipping.

Not the greatest pic, but I had some decals made to clean it up a little.
I almost bought a VE kit for my Rev. Going the opposite direction everyone else did. 162 to a 150. Sold the 162 cooler and extension(from a RT) and got a cooler for a 151 and have a buddy fabbing up a rear suspension bracket tunnel extension.
Hopefully finish it off with a Pro-Ride bumper so I an an excuse as to why I can't tow anyone out anymore!
Should be ready by the time I get back from Mexico in a month.
