What is the best exhaust setup?

Just got an 06M7 and I'm putting on my speedwerx billet head and was just thinking about getting the Speedwerx Y-pipe and pipe for it. I like noise so I'd probably stay away from their can. Is there any other setup other than twins that I would see more from? And can I stay away from a control box with doing the Y-pipe and all? It has V-Force 3 reeds in it already also. Any input appreciated. Thanks

The best running one I saw was a 05 with a D&D y and pipe, stock can and intake with stock head and some OVS clutching. All other cans and intakes lost power. No controller

When I installed the D&D power lite pipe, y-pipe, and Skins Ultra Q can the sled really woke up and became what I expected from a 700. Also added the 10.4 secondary which helped a lot with low end pull. I ride 0-3000 for the most part, this was on my 06 m7 162 le.
