What skid protector is best on the XP ? I see holeshot and skidoo.

If you buy from Ski Doo go with the Extreme over the standard one.

IMO the only one is the RPM Composites. Have used two so far and would not use anything else.

I saw the ski doo extreme skid plate and wondered why there so much missing. Is it because snow can pack into the A arms ?

Not sure what the doo extreme one is? but i put both the factory one on and the holeshot one on xp's and the holeshot is the way to go.

I agree I too run the rpm composites I bought the one that goes all the way back to the tunnel it's carbon fiber. I have unitentionally tested it on several stumps and it really works tougher than chit and they fit the sled perfect. A little spendy but they do have a lot of cool factor that's worth something isn't it

Yes, snow will pack around the arms making steering difficult at times.
