If you remove the linkage between your throttle body and oil pump on a 2007 M8, does it only give idle oiling, or does it fail safe to full oiling?
2007 M8 disconnected oil pump throttle linkage, what happens?

Wierd, my sled was way over oiling, I unhooked the pump linkage and ran premix and there was an extremely noticeable difference in low end response. Not a small difference, but a very noticeable, bog removing difference with my oil pump linkage unhooked and premix at 36:1 in my tank.
Maybe my sled likes running REALLY rich on oil, or maybe the cat pumps revert to idle oiling when unhooked?
