Hey, i was hoseing of the bottom of my zr120 and a bunch gas went into my oil. is that carb or rings? pretty sure the oil was good a couple days ago

Did you tip it on its side? If so the gas could have run into the crankcase from the carb.

yes sir tipped it on it side and sprayed er off then drove it to the shop and it was smokin, check the oil and it was all gassy.
What Happened?
What probably happened is what usually happens to me. It is like winning the bad lottery. Don't know how things went but I'll give it try to see if you think I am right. Tipped the sled with the gas tank above the carb, the engine was on the intake stroke with the intake valve open, the piston ring gaps were on the down side of the clyinder, gas was running into the clyinder and then into the crankcase. Just a guess but I'll bet that's what happened. I would drain the oil, replace with new & let the kids play.
