Update #4 Powder Coat

So I haven't finished the bike yet, but am working on it, I opened a powder coating business so I have been consumed by that lately, but I did manage to get some things finished up. I managed to get everything finish welded, little brackets made, tensioners figured out, and a pile of other things. I really just have to rebuild the motor and assemble everything. Here are a few picks of the pieces I have completed so far.

So I'm getting somewhere. I have also started another snow bike project.... A KX500 in a 09 KX 250F frame.... The more I looked at what I had built for the woman, the more I wanted one... I'll update again when I have some pics of that build. Right now it is a pile of parts laid together on a bench. LOL

Update Whatever Number - IT RUNS

Ok so I haven't updated the thread, and since Photobucket makes you pay now, I haven't been updating or taken to time to find somewhere else to host the pcs. Anyway, I have the engine together and it runs, big steps... LOL Anyway, here is a youtube link with couple of the vids. I'll start putting a few pics back in the thread soon.

It's Finished!!!

We have finally finished the bike and managed a little test run!!!!. And it works, actually really good. I need to tweak the suspension, maybe shorten the rear shock, but all in all, on acouple little things to fix up for next winter. So pleased in fact that I have started version two, more power..... I'll start a new thread for that one.
