Does having SLP power domes change anything on a top end rebuild?

I'll assume you figured this out, but it changes nothing. Same pistons and gaskets.

Changes nothing but watch carefully for detonation at low elevation on a cold day if you select the high elevation domes. SLP is the best aftermarket company to work with. Can't go wrong with SLP.I have always used their high elevation domes in all my sleds but found I needed a few gallons of avgas in the 2010 Rmk 800. For some reason I never needed it in the 2004 800 edge motor. while you were at it have them port your cylinders and grab a set of their twin pipes. You will have a real beast on your hands and run with the 800's all day long and more reliably too. Is the 03 700 the silver with black/red trim? nice sled especially if its the Excape!!
