We are proud to announce that we are moving into providing some summer UTV accessories and parts locally at our retail location, in Hayden Idaho, and with that we have also teamed up with Full Lotus Recreational Decks. Forrest has taken this company in the last three years to complete new levels and we could not be happier to have gotten in with him on ground level and become the new one stop shop for Full Lotus Decks servicing the entire USA. We can stock, ship, warehouse, and order direct from our location and are excited to add the product line to our ever growing selection of the top brands in the industry.

With that said, we have the opportunity to introduce you to the three best selling options that we carry from Full Lotus. As always, we can still do custom work and fabrication to any of the decks to suit individual needs, but keep in mind that adds fabrication time, and cost. And of course, you can still order a multitude of stocked accessories as well. Also, as an introductory offer, we will be doing a "Until The Snow Melts Promo" on all deck purchases seen on the forums. Website will be updated shortly, Phone/Message for details. 800.615.5249

I purchased the 102" sled deck for my shortbed superduty earlier this season, very good quality product and IMO the best looking deck on the market. Wish I would have bought the combo UTV/sled deck instead of having to upgrade later. The install is a breeze. The only thing I found that could use improvement is the telescoping ramp binds up a little when it's fully extended and you go to collapse it for storage. Not a big deal but a little annoying, adding a little roller on the outer ramp on the end would solve this. The composite decking material is awesome and the LED marker lights and under deck lights are great. All in all a top notch product.

This is definitely the best looking deck on the market, wow! If I was in the market, I would seriously consider one of these - would just have to get over the price!

Definitely some sweet lines for sure. Quality is key with us, and from what we have experienced the last month. The quality cannot be met. AkMcat, he was actually in the process of getting you your deck, when we setup the agreement. Forrest is a good dude. As for the pricing, a bit more than others, but again, I we believe that for the investment to dollar, you are getting the best bang for your buck. Let us know if you have any other questions!

akMcat, can you take a picture or show me where it is binding, we would be happy to look into the issue for you. If it is a mfg defect or something that needs changed, I 100% assure you we can take care of that.

I purchased the 90 iNah version this year and am very happy with the quality. It is a little short for my 163 sleds but I just put a 2x4 under the track to help support the small contact area of the paddles so they don't compress and cause the sleds to lead back and make ya feel like they are going to fall off. The super clamps hold them secure but still a little sketchy when you go down the road the first few times as you thing the sleds are going to fall off. I have owned the topup deck prior and will never go back to a steel deck. This will never rust and the collapsible sides are a must and don't rattle at all either extended or pushed it. Crazy thing is that it actually weighs quite abit more than my steel topup.

I looked at these decks real hard last year, Very nice quality. It came down to this deck and the Truckboss. I like the style and lines of the full lotus but I like how the deck and slide out work on the truckboss, you dont have the overlapping deck material. Plus the truckboss seals tight to the box. But then again the truckboss cost another 1000-1500 more then the full lotus.
Its nice to have more options and more of these decks in the states. Kudos to you for stocking them, they are a very nice product. Eric

I'm at work for another week so I'll get you a pic when I get home, it binds when fully extended and you go to collapse the ramps to put them away. The teflon that's on the lower ramp catches on the aluminum channel on the upper ramp that it slides up into if that makes sense. The square edge just kind of digs into the teflon.
I used the picture of the split ramp for illustration, mine is the one piece sled ramp, but this should give you an idea.

Also as a side note, pretty cool for Blown Motor to offer their help considering I didn't buy the deck from them. Goes to show their level of customer service.

Direct from the MFG,
akMcat, the design is meant to be relatively tight from the factory. We expect that you have used the deck several times, but likely it still needs a little breaking in. With a little time the tight fit of the outer ramp, the piece that is catching for you, will move the excess UHMW and it will begin to slide much more smooth. Another critical point and reason that it is made to not just slide in super fast is the simple fact that it creates a large pinch point of your hands if it slides in too easy. Let us know if that sounds like a solution that you can see happening with your product or if you have another more serious binding.
