The EPA....help me out here

I have to write a persuasive paper for english on the topic of my choice. i want to write about two strokes and how far they have come. I want to show how much cleaner new two strokes are and make a good argument against phasing them out due to pollution. So any and all info, links, articles, etc. are greatly appreciated to help me out here.
