Want info/opinions regarding MDS setup on 1100 Turbos with added boost. Are stock secondarys beeing used? Which primary springs? How much weight can you add?

What elevation are you at? How many pounds of boost?

Let me know and I can get you some information.

0-3000ft, pump gas, 2.5" divorced outlet and full velocity muffler and a Hi-Jacker 2.0

Have Daltons 5w now, but not much luck in staying of the rev limiter.

Hi jacker 2.0 running 3.5 - 4 lbs extra boost @ 6000 ft, 174 2.5 CE track, black Polaris primary spring, mds weights 92.7 grams, home made hi flow can. A little sluggish but have a 36/40 helix coming from racinstation. Overall great performance but too much clutch heat. Exploded a couple belts, only 250 miles on the last one. Partly my fault for doing at least 6 pulls in row, but way too much fun to stop. Going down hill backwards really sucks!

Do you have the stock turbo outlet? Any of the clutches (primary/secondary) hotter than another?

I have problems with slipping in the secondary and are thinking of buying a 44/40 helix and/or stiffer spring. (Stock helix 42/40) Also hitting the rev limiter a lot...

140/310 primary spring with dalton 5w currently @ 93 grams.

Stock turbo outlet. We checked clutches on our last ride, and about 10 degrees different between clutches. We have 2 sleds running the same setup, with very similar temps. The problem is the temps just keep climbing till the belt blows. Before that there is no belt dust, and great performance.
