wtf are you selling your tunnel for? is it the one off your RT?? the 162 fits nice under the short tunnel. thats what mine is.

UPS but it's going to be really expensive.

not sure about crossing the border, but take a look at greyhound bus lines. i have shipped a few across the country for reasonable fees.

depending on where you live, you may want to ship it to a shipping outlet on the border and let the buyer pick it up there.

Greyhound best deal yet. I have shipped tunnels through them. Just surran (sp) wrapped them with cardboard on edges.
I havent had any luck shipping tunnels with UPS, they wouldnt ship mine. I have shipped tunnels with FedEx however.
