Ok, I took off my carbs and cleaned them and put in new needle and seats. Now I put it back together and started it up. It bogged a little at first, but got over that after warming up. After it warmed up it would idle up to 3500 then down to 1800 then back up to 3500 and then back down. What would cause it to idle up and down just sitting there?
