I purchased these boots from another user here on snowest so I cannot return them. The boots are brand new in box size 12 and are just a bit too small for me. Currently the boots are on ebay with a starting bid of $170.00 with free shipping. I've only tried them on and wore them around in the house, the boots are complete with two sets of insoles for the "custom fit." Thanks.
