Slash...

The color of the injector does not change anything in the harness'.

A 2009 600 SHIFT RMK has the 2 injector DC-CFi-2 system on it.
2010 AND 2011 600 RMK has the 4 injector, CFi-4 system on it. (The 2011 600 RMK was still in the IQ chassis)

IF you are trying to run the Power Commander on a 2009 600 RMK SHIFT with the DC-CFi-2 (unique in the IQ chassis, this model this year only) .... then the Power Commander for a 2011 PRO RMK could possibly work "plug/play"... They look like the same color/function/pin on the 26-pin ECU connectors.

Since the 2009 600 CFi-2 in the 600 RMK-Shift was UNIQUE in the IQ models to that specific model/year ONLY (predecessor of the current CFi-2's).... there is a good chance that it slipped through DynoJet's application table.

Have you talked to the engineers at Power Commander about this? They are pretty darn helpful.

If I have this right...

You need
1) A Pin breakout list/diagram for the 2009 600 CFi-2?

2) Pin breakout list/diagram for a 2010 & 2011 600 CFi-4?

The documents from Polaris are a bit confusing... wire colors change at the different connectors.

A 2009 600 DC-CFi-2 (2 injector motor) uses ONLY the "Part load" circuits, PTO & MAG sides, to drive the injectors and does not use the "full load" pins.

At the ECU

PTO "part load" is Dark-Blue/White at Pin #2 at the 26 pin ECU connector
This becomes Green/White AFTER the injector harness connector.
This wire controls the injector with with a GROUND signal.
This injector gets its positive power from the Red/Dark-Blue wire (pin #3 of ECU-26pin)

MAG "part load" is Yellow/White at Pin #15 on the 26 pin ECU connector.
This remains Yellow/White AFTER the Injector harness connector.
This wire controls the injector with with a GROUND signal.
This injector gets itspositive power from the Red/Dark-Blue wire (pin #16 of ECU-26pin)
