Unless you have been using non-ethanol gas for the entire life of your Edge sled, it is time to seriously considering replacing the short lead inside of your fuel tank with a 3/8" ID x 1/2" OD PVC line for fuel and lubricants. They are now getting cracked at this age. Once you buy one, you may have to attempt to straighten it out by inserting a straight rod through the tube and gently heating the outside so as to help it's at rest shape to be closer to straight than when you started. To remove old line: Drain tank, pull air box, close off fuel valve, locate fuel line entrance at front base of tank, pull fuel line out with or without the black rubber gasket that seals off that hole around the inner metal junction connector. To reinstall, work the black rubber gasket seal in position first. Then insert the entire lead with screen through that gasket seal. Open up fuel valve and poor a light gas in the tank and inspect the line to make sure it is not leaking.
