Me personally, I do NOT remove the cable from the power valve body- Still plenty of room to remove the cleaning valve from the assembly (& Springs)

Some have removed the entire actuator to get the powervalve assembly on the bench- I guess that works too.

In-all, I have found if you don't mess with the inital adjustment of the cable from the power valve body to the actuator- you will be fine.

This is just how I do it- others will tell you different

So I have my sled broke down for standard maintenance. Want to clean my exhaust valves. Am I understanding this correctly that I just remove the 4 bolts from the exhaust valve assembly and clean it with the cable still attached to the sled? Thanks,
Papa
