I've had almost an identical issue with my '13 for the last year and a half, ran flawless up to about 7500 rpm and from there it would bog very often, especially at lower altitudes. It would be hit and miss above 6,000 ft. Sometimes the bog was momentary, and the power would come back, other times, I couldn't push through it and had to suffer at half throttle. My engine is not stock however and I finally got the issue resolved and confirmed this weekend. I am having to run a low elevation map in my sled in order to get it to add enough fuel to not trip the DET sensor and cut-out/bog. I never installed an air/fuel gauge on my sled, I'm sure that would have helped with the diagnosis.
