Looking for clutching charts...also any good plastic skis that fit this sled? Any links to service manuals?

I hat one that I put the plastic skis off of a '98 Polaris RMK on and they worked well. If I remem correctly, I had to trim the rubber pads a little. I trimmed them evenly and if I were to do it again, I would have trimmed more from the front of the pad than the rear because the skis tended to want to point down at the tips when in the air. It was never a problem, but it bugged me.

Here is a bit of info for you. I ran secondary in B-2 with standard Pink secondary spring and Pink-Blue-Pink primary with 89F weights if I recall with no rivet. 16-35 gearing. Definitely use the 39 degree helix which should be stock. I also ran an Aaen pipe which really worked well on this sled.
I also put on Polaris plastic skis. As mentioned you need to experiment with the rubber pads to get them right but fairly simple to do that. Also you may have to add some washers for the mounting bolt to fit tight. It is well worth the time to put plastic skis on them.

I have a set of Mods skis here for a Yamaha MM/SRX/RX1. I'm not sure if they could be made to work but I always liked those skis on my other Yamahas.

I put a set of the 2000 MM skis on mine, they were a very good addition and easy to come by.

Oh my goodness where in the world did you come across a phazer that clean? That's a dream!!!

If you haven't figured it out by now, that track on the Phazer has to go. Nice sleds.

Man those running boards look good. I have 2 84's that need running boards like that. Can I get more pics and info?

Anyone familiar with clutching and a longer track. It needs a higher endgament to me. So here's what it's got.
Primary
89f with steel rivet
b-P-b spring
stock rollers

secondary
helix 88r01 set b2
think red white spring.

Gearing stock
went to 7t drivers.

so from what I can find I need alum rivets or no rivets the weights. Possible b-w-b and a pink sec set at c2.

No not yet. So try c2 guessing.

I was lucky enough to snag this beauty up from Turblue, and am looking for clutching suggestion for 1k.

Putting an Aaen pipe on it as well, so need to re jet....

Any suggestions would be appreciated...
