i have the instructions but was wanting tips from people who have done it its going on an 04 edge 800 with single pipe i have a mesh hood do most people mount it on the handle bars? it also has a water sensor where is the best place to plumb that in? also where do i mount my ex probes in the y pipe thanks guys for any help

As far out the "Y" as possible,but not where they converge.
Get that nice little aluminum piece from SLP that you can put in the hose to the head for the water temp, I mounted mine on a bracket off the bar clamp.

thanks winter so for the y pipe look inside and as far out but not past the inside y is that a good way to explain? and run the temp in the head inlet hose did i get that all right? garth
