I wanted to start a thread that is for all aftermarket parts that are for the Axys specific. I know there a few threads out there for aftermarket bumpers but I thought it would cool if all the new parts would be posted under one thread.

SLP Pipe Set

Swing the Axys into your favor with this new single pipe set. It provides an additional 9 horsepower while trimming 13 pounds on trail models and 14 pounds on mountain models. I want to know why this heated storage for the trail axys doesn't fit on theaxys pro rmk. Seems like it would multiply heated storage area.

SPG (Skinz Protective Gear) has released a less expensive version of their ARC suspension system featuring a purpose built 2 position control from Raptor.

From SPG:

Skinz is now offering a new 2 position ARC system that will retail for $849.95.

This new offering will help make it possible for many of you to experience ARC this next season.

It is a cable system using a custom made 2 position RAPTOR shock. You will still be able to couple or uncouple your machine dynamically on your handle bars.

For those of you still wanting our 3 position cable or electronic systems, they are available as options.

These new 2 position units will be available around the end of October.

BDX/Speed Shop Inc. AXYS Performance parts

Our Speed Shop division already has a lot of parts for the AXYS.
Mountain performance billet head, Lightweight muffler, we can do a pipe mod to the stock pipe and it makes 7-9 hp (tested at dynotech).

The durability piston kits do work in the AXYS motors, and yes they do still have the short pistons stock. Polaris has improved them, but the taller pistons with the spacer do make more horsepower too.

We are making helixes for the team clutches in house now. We can make any angle you want. Also making springs. 145-225, 145-245, and 165-265.

Our PRO-MAG clutch weights are available in 52-68, 64-80, 78-90 gram versions.

We had special pistons made to make them into a 860. They are 88mm bore, so the crankcase does need to be clearanced a little bit.

We are working on a Y pipe for it right now.

We have some very cool stuff in the works too! Stainless steel and polished, Pipes, Y pipe, and canister Muffler.

And it gets even better. We are making TITANIUM Pipes and Mufflers for them. Mufflers will be done first, and should be available the end of October. The tools and fixture is getting made right now and then production can start.
