Took my RMK 700 out yesterday and the temp gauge came on. Let it cool down and rode again and it came back on in about a half mile, did that twice. Trailerd it home then looked some stuff over. Took it out again today and the temp light came on again as soon as the sled got hot, about 2 miles. The thermostad is working fine, checked the water pump/oil pump belt and that was fine. It is full of coolant and seems to be circulating. The mudflap also seems far enough away. Im kinda of out of options.

I have two ideas, one is I raised the seat to second setting but I rode it that day with no problems. Would raising the seat/sled away from the track make it overheat? There has been about 2-4 inches of packed snow im riding on. It seems to be happening to regularly to not be getting snow.

Second idea is the impeller. How hard is this to get too?

Any ideas would help. Thanks for reading my long post.

Thanks, Troy

have you changed the antifreeze without leting the airlocks out?
