The Sled Shed in Tacoma,Wa. is sponsoring an avalanche awareness class on Sunday, 11-09-2008. This will be taught by a certified avalanche instructor. Fee is $40.00. The class will be held at the Sled Shed from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and lunch will be provided.
