An "all-out blizzard" is to cover the Dakotas and blast the Midwest with cold air. Dakota could be covered with 6 inches of snow, with up to 36 inches in some areas.
Multiple cities could recieve two feet of snow, including Jamestown, North Dakota, Mobridge, South Dakota, and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
