Thorton Law LLP announced a lawsuit has been filed against Textron, a global manufacturer of recreational vehicles and aircraft. Textron purchased Arctic Cat spring of 2017 and according to the lawsuit, Textron provided false and misleading reports about Arctic Cat's sales and business. Arctic Cat blamed the inventory problems on Textron, which led to Textron's stock falling 11.25 percent in October of last year.
