Product Test: KneeBlades

Rolling on your knees

Published in the September 2018 Issue Steve Janes

If you spend a lot of time wrenching on your truck or your toys, you place a lot of wear and tear on your knees since you’re constantly moving around your project. The editors of SnoWest have come across a product that can keep you on your knees while still moving about.

KneeBlades are designed for those kinds of projects where you spend a lot of time on your knees. Not only do they provide a soft comfortable tapered Gel Pad, but they allow you to roll around and move from side to side without having to stand up. And usually it’s that up and down movement which can wear you out.

We have tested them on some of our own projects and have been impressed with the quality of their design and durability.

The three-wheeled mobile base allows for full 360-degree turning capability, without lifting from the floor. The KneeBlades are designed to keep you close to the ground to minimize back stress. With the push of a button, you can go from KneeBlade to kneepad.

Each KneeBlade weighs 3.5 lbs. and has durable casters that won’t mar the surface you may be working on. So if you spend a lot of time on your knees, you may want to check them out.

Price: $59.99.
