Okay, maybe not hot, but definitely warm—especially for mid-March in West Yellowstone, MT. With temps in the mid-50s, it felt like winter was slipping (melting) away and spring was pushing to get here.
But that didn’t stop the World Snowmobile Expo in West Yellowstone from having a great first day of events—from radar runs to vintage oval races to 120 races to outdoor concerts to the showing off of the 2016 snowmobiles.
Here’s a look back at the first day of action. We’re a little heavy on the vintage races pics but it was fun to watch (and shoot).
