Help Is Needed This Weekend To Clear Trail/Road Near Idaho's Landmark Ranger Station

News

The road/trail from Landmark Ranger Station to Deadwood Summit in Idaho has experienced a large wind event. This resulted in many trees that have blown over and are blocking the road. It is impossible to ride the road/and it will be impossible to groom this route unless the trees are cut out first.

Snowmobilers in Idaho are asking for help to clear the road. They are asking anyone who is willing and able to help to show up at Landmark this Saturday, Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. for one huge effort to cut out the road. You can drive all the way to Landmark as the road is plowed, but chains are advised.

This job is so big, we cannot have too many show up. Bring your sled, chainsaw, work gloves and a lunch.
