I have a 2019, 165 alpha one. I am looking to replace my stock track, part #3602-155, to hopefully avoid an issue in the backcountry.

The track that came on the 2019 sleds is replaced with the newer two window design, part #3602-369. My question is, will the stock 2019 driver work on the newer track version? According to the country cat website, the driver also needs replaced with part #0728-275. I refuse to buy from country cat due to previous crappy customer service. I asked an online part person from Babbits but they also didn't know. I just want to confirm before fully trusting country cat. Thanks.

First i have heard about changing the drivers for the new track......
I thought it was a direct replacement?

The windows are to narrow for the extrovert driver cogs on the new tracks with old drivers so you either swap the drivers or trim like 1/4” off of each driver tooth.

This. My philosophy would be to check the shaft for wear where it runs in the bearings as some wear them out if the shaft starts slipping in the bearing. If so then replace the drivers and shaft. If shaft is good and you have access to a lathe then put the drivers assembly in it and cut them down as needed.

I seen a 154 2.6 track with driveshaft for $1,100.

Good to know about the skinny cogs
