Fos---I am in real estate and this time of year is terrible, very very slow! Also the market sux right now...So I am whoring to keep my mind sane

Why don't you come here (Steamboat). Sell one house and you don't have to work the rest of the year! LOL

An average size house (3000 sf) in Downtown sells for almost a million. 700 sf condos on the ski hill sell for around 750,000!

I don't live here though! I drive 60 miles each way to work!
