2016 GM 2500

Read a lot of stuff on line about previous yr trucks and vibrations at moderate speeds. GM seems to have no fix for the truck. Anyone know I this pertains to the 2016's or are those trucks ok? Anyone have a current yr truck care to comment? Looking at dropping $70,000 on a Duramax, but Id like it not to vibrate when I het 60mph.

Have a 16 3/4 of my own. No vibration at all. I believe the problem was more the 1/2 on the new body. We have seen a few of them. The new 3/4 has had no vibration issues to my knowledge. I am service manager at a Chevy dealer.

Vibration

I have a Sierra 1500 2016 with the Dueller AT tires. Very smooth and quiet. Can't speak to the difference to the 2500. My first pick up, moving over from a Suburban so not yet used to leafs in the rear. Not quite as smooth there.

6.2l and you can barely even hear the engine.

I have a 15 with 10k miles and a 16 with 35" tires with 8500 miles. No issues with either.

I have a '15 3/4 duramax CC with 32K on it that I drive for work. I haven't had issues with vibration. IMO making sure you have a good alignment, properly balanced and rotated tires goes a long way for making your ride smooth.

I have a 16' 2500 Duramax with 5K on it so far. No vibrations or issues thus far. Had a few reservations about using this as a daily driver as I had an 03' Duramax years back that I used just for towing. This new one is 100 times better in everyway. Smooth, quiet, tighter turning radius, quick warmup, good mileage. No regrets thus far. Traded in a 13' F150 Platinum Ecoboost.

I sell GMC, not sure what vibration you're talking/hearing about. Go drive it. Many people read stuff online like it's gospel. The 2016 changes are awesome. Car-play, google auto, HID headlamps on all trims (LED option), electric variable power steering, new front end.

The Power steering thing is awesome. Amazing at how easy it is to turn into tight parking places, etc.
