I just bought a 2009 M8 HCR with an older K Mod suspension conversion which uses a coil over Fox Zero Pro for the rear track shock. Can I replace this with a Fox Float?

Don't know why not. Match up the existing stroke and eye to eye length.

Yes if it's for a kmod, fix wouldn't know because kmod builds them to spec.

Will do...been in touch with them over the weekend about possibly installing a heavier coil over and revalving the Zero Pro.
