What is the best way? I am guessing I am going to have to pull the belly pan.

What are you trying to do? flush it? do a topend? You can break the connection on the lower brake side and then quickly stick the hose in a shop vac, that's what ive done in the past.
lay it coolant bottle side down put a bucket under the coolant bottle and pull the cap. come back in 10 min.
I used a shop vac. Worked so slick i couldnt believe it. 2010 m8
The vac removed 1 gal and i put one gal back in. Didnt have any trouble burping it cause i did it on my triton tilt trailer. Just tilted up and down 3-5 times during fill/run/fill a litttle more cycles.
I disconnceted the hose from coolant tank and the shop vac hose fit perfectly.
