I haven't tried it yet but I read about some people testing different penetrating oils, and according to them the best thing by far over wd-40 or other such things was a 50/50 mixture of ATF and acetone.
I still think nothing beats a big sledge hammer, some bloody knuckles, and a whole lot of cussing. It has yet to fail me.
