No. It's a pizza delivery snowmobile. It keeps the pizza warm during delivery.

I'd imagine Hiway Service has it for sale? Local guy's sled. Don't ask me what its for. Most their sleds get that done to them. I'd be interested to know.

That is totally a breaker disconnect for like a 600v system. The handle is on the other side. The little round thing in the middle is the light that tells you if the power is on or not

My guess is that it is a snow-box to dump ice and snow into when you are running in marginal snow for utility service etc...
