POLARIS 2019
The big—literally and figuratively—news from Polaris for model year 2019 is the 850 Patriot engine, the most powerful engine ever from the Minnesota snowmobile manufacturer. This engine undoubtedly ratchets up Polaris’ claim on the best power-to-weight ratio in the mountains. But act quick; the only way to get an 850-equipped mountain sled is during Polaris’ SnowCheck program.
Then there is the React front suspension with its new forged A-arms and spindles. And a new shock spring that originated from a shock company’s work on mountain bike springs.
Polaris has long held sway over the mountain market and looks to keep the pressure on the other sled manufacturers to best its Pro RMK.
