St. Petersburg, Russia - Yamaha Motor Co. has become an official supplier of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, and will provide more than 320 snowmobiles and other vehicles for the event, the organizing committee said Friday.

The vehicles, including four-wheel all terrain vehicles and golf carts, will be used to transport athletes and others between the game venues, they said.

With the arrangement, Yamaha will be able to use the logo of the Sochi games to market its products in Russia.
