Haven't heard much about it.
I have no connection to Deere other than running there equipment.
This as been discussed on NewAgtalk a lot too.
Basically it boils down to the fact that each year for the last 4 years deere has been on a upward trend with this year being a record year.
For the last 4 years the head cheese of Deere have given themselves a 4 million dollar raise.
Basically the workers want a cut of the pie.
And Deere has dropped the insurance policy many workers have been paying into. Would you be pissed if someone stole from you?
Now with that said, Deere has a bottom line to stick too.
