I'd like to buy a 650 Khaos 146 for a wife/kid/spring sled. I'm located near NorCal Nevada. Willing to drive a reasonable distance.
Prefer black on black and eStart but not critical.

Still interested in a 650 Khaos 146 if anyone sees one in a showroom or dealer inventory. TIA

i can’t justify the extra expense at this point.

Action cycle in Idaho falls has a bunch of rentals w 2k-3k miles for $12k.
I was kind of hesitant buying a rental sled with that many miles so I didn’t make the drive. In hindsight I probably should have snagged a 2k mile sled when I had the chance. New I’m looking at over $18k for the same thing with no guarantees Polaris will let me snow check one.

Have you rode a 650 146 track? I have a 2022 850 Pro 155, I like it. Curious if the weight to power is there on a 650 146.

I have not. I have axys 800 and 850s in 155.
My wife will never need more power than the 650. My kid, currently, doesn’t need more power… yet.
I’ve heard and read that the 650 is actually a great power plant. So far they’re both meadow muffins at 7k’ elevation and never ride conditions that require either 800+ cc nor 155+ track.

The sled clearly isn’t for me but I do look forward to trying it out.

"Meadow muffins"..... that's awesome.

I am no longer in the market for a 650 Khaos 146 having found one locally.
The dealership in Idaho, mentioned above, did in fact have a number of one season rentals but miles were 2-3k asking $11-12k plus tax.

I normally ride an 850 155. I rode it twice in 2 feet of powder. I found it very playful. It took a bit of getting used to how easily it turned. Less body effort and more throttle than my usual sled. It did wash out a bit easier. It does run out of power and track in deeper and steeper terrain. I think it is perfect for my wife and son in their usual terrain. That said, I cannot wait for my boy to outgrow it.
